returns & refunds
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Robescu F Constantin, nr 4, 030167, Bucharest, Romania.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Defects and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
We will notify you after receiving and verifying the return and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
If more than 20 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Exceptions are established by law and products such as:
• customized products (for example, objects that have been inscribed with certain texts or images);
• CDs and other IT products;
• downloaded computer programs or e-books;
• other services purchased online, etc.
• gift cards
Likewise, products that cannot be resold for reasons of hygiene or perishable products – food, absorbent mats, etc. – cannot be returned. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are exhaustively listed by law.
If a warranty certificate is issued for the product and non-conformity is found during the warranty period, remedial measures will be ordered in compliance with O.G. no. 21/1992, Law 449/2003 and other legal provisions in force.
